The N1 air percussion lance is a very effective compressed-air tool for removing deposits from surfaces of various types.
The air percussion lance is ideal for cleaning heating surfaces in boilers and economisers. Other objects that can be cleaned are filters, heat exchangers, fans, silos, cast components, etc.

The air percussion lance produces 4,500 high-speed pulses per minute and is easily operated with a trigger. Several types of extension tubes adapted for various purposes can be attached.

Example of an application in a smoke tube boiler:
Connect the E9 nozzle to the D1/D2 sealing cone. Insert the nozzle into the tube so that the sealing cone is even with the tube plate. Let the air percussion lance work for 2–4 seconds. Inspect the tube and repeat the operation if necessary. Finished!
