Oxygen indicator OC 2016

The OC 2016 signal amplifier together with the wide band lambda sensor OS 2014 and the gas feeding tube combine to form an accurate and robust instrument for continuous measurement of oxygen content in gases, e.g. direct measurement of oxygen surplus (air surplus) after combustion.

Some benefits of the OC 2016:

Easy to install and maintain.
Rapid reaction (T90 less than 5 seconds).
Easy and exact setting of alarms.
Alarm for probe fault.
Easy to calibrate.
Attractive design in electrically oxidized aluminum.

Technical data:

Power supply: 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
Dimensions: H x W x D: 244 x 157 x 65 mm.
Measuring range: 1,0 – 20,9 % O2 volume percent
Max. flue gas temperature: 900 °C.
Output signals: 4(0) – 20 mA corresponding to 1% - 20,9 % O2.
Alarms: 2 individually adjustable alarm points between 1,0 - 20,9 %

Flue gas tube with automatic cleaning.

In situations where the flue gas has a high content of ash this tube can prevent the probe for being blocked by soot and ash. A metal filter is built in the chamber, in front of the probe, and this filter is cleaned by means of short compressed air blasts.

Installation in very small flue gas channels.

In very small channels there is not room for a flue gas tube. Instead, a washer with a thread for the probe can be mounted in the channel.

For calibration of the system we have calibration equipment, Cal 2. Please contact us for further information.
